We are please to have agreed a two-year sponsorship deal supporting Swindon Harriers Athletics Club.
This funding will go toward the refurbishment of the track surface. The track surface has reached end-of-life after being laid down in the 1980s and the club is fundraising toward its £300k target.
Howard Moscrop, club chairman, said: ‘We’d like to share a big thank you from the athletes and coaches for this generous financial support.”
As both a track member & parent of a young athlete, I think it’s hugely important to support youth sports teams in our local community. Over recent years I’ve been able to see the positive training progression and confidence building impact the athletics club has had on my own children, so our business is proud to have the opportunity of track-side sponsorship enabling training at the venue to continue for many years to come.
Our business will also continue to lend it’s expertise with repairs and upgrades to the electrical facilities at the site, including the upcoming installation of a defibrillator unit for the wellbeing of all visitors and athletes.
